Messrs. President, Jump, Blake, Miller, Compton, Stephenson, Carroll, Sellman, Dennis, Timmons, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Williams—14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 63, of Article XVI., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery," sub-title "Jurisdiction," and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows. Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Jump, Blake, Stephenson, Carroll, Spates, Crawford, ( Sellman, Dennis, Tuck, Fields, Williams—13. Henry, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The Senate bill, entitled an Act to amend section 4, of Article XXIII. of the Acts of 1868, so as to change the name of Sandy Hill District to Stockton District in said county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and. nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. , Messrs.
