The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-
enact section 6, of Article LXXIX., of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Release and Receipts,"
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third leading.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to E. W. Mealey,
of Washington county, a sum of money,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to build a bridge over
South River, in Anne Arundel county,
Being upon its second reading,
On motion by Mr. Tuck,
Was laid over for the present.
'The Senate bill, entitled a further supplement to an Act
incorporating the Chesapeake Bay and Potomac River Tide
Water Canal Company,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
