Pending which,
Mr. dark, of Baltimore City, (the rules being suspended,)
submitted the following
REPORT.
In conformity with the instructions of the House of Dele-
Sites, your Committee, with that of the Senate, waited upon
is Excellency, the Governor, to inform him that the Gener-
al Assembly would be ready to adjourn at 12 o'clock, midnight and inquire what further communications he might
have to lay before this Body;
