1872.3 OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. 1455
title "Pleading, Practice and Process;" also the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at January Session,
1870, chapter 420, entitled an Act to amend section 30, of
Article LXXV. of the Code of Public General Laws, relat-
ing to pleading, practice and process, by substituting the
following in lien thereof.
Endorsed, "Passed .by yeas and nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act regulating fences in Emmittsburg
District, Frederick county.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to-
pay the claims of Bartlett, Robbins & Co., Levin Woolford,
Michael & Bro., Gushing & Medairy, Thomas H. Kemp,
James A. Pearce, Daniel Caulk, E. B. Prettyman, W. A.
Page, J. J. Stewart & Co., John Murphy & Co., and J. E.
Hay den.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
"The bill entitled an Act to prevent stock running at large-
in and around Reisterstown, in Baltimore county.
Endorsed, Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor to ap-
point an additional Justice of the Peace for the Second Elec-
tion District, and also additional Justice of the Peace for the
.Ninth Election District in Frederick: county.
"Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to give the sanction of the Gene-
ral Assembly to the Vestry of Trinity Church- Upper Marl-
boro', 'Prince George's county, to the holding of a lot of
ground, containing eighteen acres, for a parsonage.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an, Act to incorporate the Trustees of the
Parsonage property of Princes Anne Circuit of the Methodist.
Episcopal Church.
