Act authorizing the Middletown and Elkton Railroad Company, incorporated under the provisions of the General Corporation Law, being chapter 476 of the Laws of 1870, to charge a greater rate for tolls and trans- portation of persons and freight than is allowed them, and to form a union with the Middletown and Elkton Railroad. Company, incorporated by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware, by chapter 143, of the Laws of 1871, so that the 'capital stock of the said companies respectively shall form a common stock.
