126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137,
138, 139, 140, 141, 142 ami 143, of Article XXI, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-
title "Hagerstown," and to repeal the Act of Assembly,
passed at the January Session, 1867 chapter 258, entitled an
Act to amend Article XXI., of the Code of Public Local
Law, title "Washington County," by amending and re-en-
acting certain sections and adding thereto further sections,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to elect the
Councilman of Hagerstown by the voters of their respective
wards of said town, and authorize the Justices of the Peace
to enforce the ordinances relating to crimes and punishments,
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays-, as
follows:
