time of the destruction of the Court House in said county,
and until the same shall be rebuilt, and to authorize the
Clerk of the Court and Register of Wills, to appoint a watch-

Council of Baltimore, to widen and deepen the Ship Canal of
the Patapsco, between the mouth of said run and said city,
and to appropriate a sum of money.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ments:"
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Amend the title by striking out the word "of," after the
word "channel," and substituting the words "leading into,"
and to insert the word "and" after the word "river."
