April 1, 1872.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to return
the Senate, hill relative to Wm. H. Perot holding pro-
perty as an alien.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 8, of an
Act passed at January Session, 1870, chapter 325, entitled
an Act to amend Article LXXXI. of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Revenue and Taxes," by adding sec-
tions 5, 6, 7 and 8, to section 34, of Article LXXXI., and
relating to the appointment of Collectors and collection of
taxes, so far as said section 8 relates to Washington county,
and to extend the provisions of the said Act of 1870, chapter
325, to Washington county,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
