State's Attorney, of Dorchester county, to stay all proceed-
ings in a suit now pending against Charles B. Frazier, in
the Circuit Court, to recover a bounty of one hundred dollars
erroneously paid to him.

sentatives in Congress, to use all proper means to procure the
passage of an Act during the present Session, authorizing the acceptance of the proposals of the International Steamship
Company, made to the Secretary of the Navy, looking to the establishment of an Iron Steamship Building Yard, under
the authority of the General Government, for the revival of
ship building and Ocean commerce.
