tions, of chapter 434, of the Act of the General Assembly,
passed at the January Session, 1868, entitled an Act to grant
donations of Wicomico county, for the use of academies and
schools, and to re-enact the said first section of said Act so as
to read as follows,
Endorsed, '"Reported unfavorably from the Committee on
Education, and report adopted."
