The Secretary of the Senate returned The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 86, 87, 95, 103, 104, 105, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 124, 127, 128 and 1-29, of Article IV. of the Code of Public Local LAWS, title "Balti- more City," sub-title "Auctions," and to re-enact the same with amendments, Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." Also, returned, The bill entitled an Act to provide for the appointment of gangers of casks and liquids in the City of Baltimore, and providing for the duties thereof, Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend- ments." AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. Strike out "section I," and insert the following : |
