ney of Baltimore City to pay out; of the excess of the
fees of his office such sum or sums of money to the State's
Attorney of Anne Arundel county, as may be fixed by the
Circuit Court for Anne Arundel comity, as compensation, in
the cases of the State of Maryland vs. E. G. Wharton, re-
moved from the Criminal Court of Baltimore City to the Cir-
cuit Court for said county,
