A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore, to endorse the first mortgage
bonds of (he Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company,
to the amount of five thousand dollars.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Hardcastle moved that the bill be read a second time
this day, under the provisions of the Constitution, Article
III. Section 27.
