The bill entitled an Act authorizing the Elkton Railroad
Company, incorporated under the provisions of the General
Corporation Law, being chapter 476, of the Laws of 1870, to
charge a greater rate for tolls and transportation of persons
and freight than is allowed therein, and to form a union with
the Middletown and Elkton Railroad Company, incorporated
by the general Railroad Company incorporated by the Gen-
eral Assembly of the State of Delaware, by chapter 143, of
the Laws of 1871, so that the capital stock of the said Com-
panies respectively shall form a common stock,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
