Said bill being upon a third reading, Mr. Griswold moved a reconsideration of the vote by which said bill had been ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Pending which, Mr. Groome demanded the previous question. The question then being, "Shall the main question be now put?" It was decided in the affirmative. The question then recurring upon sustaining the motion submitted by Mr. Griswold, Mr. Griswold. demanded, the yeas and. nays, The demand being sustained, The yeas and nays were called and appeared, as follows:
