The House proceeded to the consideration of
The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact sections 3,
4, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 21, of chapter 459, Act of 1870, en-
titled an Act to repeal an Act passed January Session, 1868,
relating to Registration of Voters, and to enact other provi-
sions in lied thereof.
Said bill being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Hamilton,
The further consideration thereof 'was postponed, and the
bill recommitted to the Committee reporting the same.
On motion of Mr. dark, of Baltimore City, ;
The House proceeded to the consideration of bill* entitled

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Calvert coucty, to Subscribe to the' (capital
stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company,
Said bill being upon a third reading,
Mr. Bond submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section. 1, line 5, strike out the words "one hundred," and
insert "fifty." ;
Pending the consideration whereof, ;.
