Bigger, Was read ft second time and ordered to be engrossed for . third reading. . ; i ," ; ' , On motion of Mr. Sparrow, (the rules being suspended,) The House proceeded to the consideration of The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Calvert coucty, to Subscribe to the' (capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company, Said bill being upon a third reading, Mr. Bond submitted the following amendment: AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Section. 1, line 5, strike out the words "one hundred," and insert "fifty." ; Pending the consideration whereof, ;. Mr. Bond demanded the previous question.
