OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. 1157 AMENDMENTS PROPOSED* Section 1, title "Militia," at the end of line 5, insert the following words: "For the support of the Militia, twenty-five thousand dollar'." At the i on' of line 13, title "Miscellaneous," strike out the title "Inspections." At the end of line 2, title "Miscellaneous," insert the fol- lowing : "To pay plaintiffs' costs in cases of State to Balti- more and Ohio Railroad Company, fifteen hundred and thir- ty-nine dollars and ten cents." In line 8, same title, strike out the words "five hundred and forty," and insert the words "six hundred." Under title "Baltimore City," in Iine 9, strike out the words "twenty-five," and insert "forty." Title "Baltimore City," strike out the first four lines to. the word "to." Strike out in title "Baltimore City," in line 20, all after the word "dollars." MISCELLANEOUS. In line 7, after the word "dollars," insert "and to defray the expenses incurred by him in procuring reliable vaccine virus, the further sum of fourteen hundred dollars." Make the title to read, for the year ending December 31, 1872. The amendments were severally read and adopted. Mr. Colton, of Baltimore City, submitted the following amendment: AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Title "Baltimore City," line 10, after the word "dollars," insert the words "to St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys, six thousand dollars " The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend- ment, Mr. Colton, of Baltimore City, demanded the yeas and nay. The demand being sustained, The yeas and nays were called and appeared, as follows ;
