The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of Article
-XVI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince
'George's county," subtitle "Almshouse," and section 55, of
said Article, title " Prince George's County, " sub-title
""County Commissioners," and to re-enact said section 2 of
