seph Waltman, late of Frederick county, deceased to the
Trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation wor-
shipping at New Jerusalem Meeting-House, near Lovetts-
ville, in the county of London, and State of Virginia, or to
the Treasurer thereof, and legalizing the same,
