The second reading of the bill was then proceeded with, Pending which, Mr. Cooper moved that the House do now adjourn. Decided in the negative. On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell, A call of the House was ordered. Present at the call of the roll, the following members : Messrs. Latrobe, (Speaker,) Martin, Beck, Duke, Chap- On motion of Mr. Biddle, All further proceedings under the call were dispensed Mr. Martin moved that the House do now adjourn.
