Annapolis, March 14, 1870.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates of Maryland:
I have the pleasure to inform your Honorable Body that
the Commissioners of Fisheries of the State of New York,
having accepted the invitation to address the General Assem-
bly, will arrive in this city on Wednesday next, and will
appear before the Legislature at such an hour on that eve-
ning; as you may appoint.
