The Senate bill entitled an Act to alter and amend the
charter of the Fire Insurance Company of Allegany county,
so as to enable said Company to declare semi-annual instead
of annual dividends,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 20th section
of the Act of 1866, chapter 43, entitled an Act to incorporate
the President and Directors of the Baltimore and Pikesville
Railroad Company of Baltimore, and enact a substitute
therefor,
Was read a second time.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to re-enact and continue
in force an Act passed at December session 1847, chapter
306, entitled an Act to incorporate the Withers' Mining
Company, and to make certain amendments thereto,
Was read a second time.
