dered to be engrossed for a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 472 and 473, of
Article 4, Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore City," sub-
title "Live Stock,"

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the Code of Public Lo-
cal Laws, title "Baltimore County," by adding thereto the
following additional sections in relation to swine running at
large.

Being upon a second reading.

Mr. Shipley submitted the following amendment :

Section 195, line 6, strike out the word "fifty," and in-
sert the words twenty-five.

Section 197, line 6, strike out the word "fifty," and insert
the words twenty-five.

Which were severally read and adopted, and the bill as
amended read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne's county, at their next annual levy,
to levy on the taxable property of said county a sum of
money, to be applied to the founding and support of schools
for colored children in said county.

The bill entitled an Acf to create an additional election
district in Caroline county, to be styled district No. 6, or
Andersontown district.

The bill entitled an Act to regulate the trial fees of the
State's Attorney for Kent county,

third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the Code of Public Gene-
