The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following mes-
sage :

BT THE SENATE,

March 12, 1870.
Gentlemen of the House, of Delegates:

We propose to your Honorable Body the appointment of a
Committee of Conference, to consist of one on the part of the
Senate and one oil the part of the House, to take into consid-
eration the bill entitled an Act relating to the division lines
of the 5th election district of Baltimore county.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Mr. Clarke.

Mr. Turner submitted the following message :

BY THE HOUSE of DELEGATES,

March 12, 1870.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message asking the appointment of
a Committee of Conference of one on the part of the Senate
and one on the part of the House, to take into consideration
the bill entitled an Act relating to the division lines of the
5th election district of Baltimore county, and concur therein.
We have appointed on the part of the House, Mr. Turner.
