Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore city, entitled,
"Wood," and also to repeal chapter 116, passed January
session 1862, relating to inspection and cording of Fire
Wood in Baltimore eity.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the unfavora-
ble report of the Committee,

On motion of Mr. Street,

The unfavorable report of the Committee was non-concur-
red in, and the bill substituted for the report of the Com-
mittee.

On motion of Mr. Colton.

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill ordered to be printed, and mode the order of the day for
Tuesday, 15th inst.

The House then proceeded to the consideration of the order
of the day, being the bill entitled an Act to repeal section
3, of Article 95, of the Code of Public General Laws, enti-
tled "Usury," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
and to add an additional section, to be section 6 of said
Article.

On motion of Mr. Neill,

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill made the order of the day for Tuesday, 15th inst.

On motion of Mr. Neill, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of bills entitled
to a third reading.

The bill entitled an additional supplement to an Act to
incorporate the Roman Catholic Congregation in Baltimore
Town, passed November session 1795, chapter 15, to enable
the said corporation to purchase a new burial ground,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
