The House proceeded to the eonaideration of the Senate
bill entitled an Act to enable the Mount Vernon Manufac-
turing Company of Baltimore city, incorporated under Arti-
cle 26, of the Code of Public General Laws of this State, as
the same is amended by the Act of January session, 1868,
chapter 471, to conduct its manufacturing operations upon
property by it owned in the City of Alexandria, in the State
of Virginia.
