Mr. Hopkins moved to submit the minority report of the
Committee on Wild Fowl, being

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sectidns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Article 98, of the Public General
Laws, entitled "Wild Fowl," and enact the following in
lieu thereof, for the majority report of the Committee.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the minority
report; as a substitute for the majority report,
