The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to repeal sections 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154,
155, 156 and 157, of the 3rd, Article of the Public Local
Laws, relating to roads in Baltimore county, and sub-sections
2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and section 3rd, of the Act of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, chapter 411, approved March
30th, 1868, and to re-enact the following sections in lieu
thereof.

Said bill being upon a third reading.
