The question then recurring upon the title of the bill,
Mr. Biddle submitted the following amendment:
Strike out the title of the bill, and insert the following :
An Act to authorize and empower the County Commissioners
of Cecil county to build or repair certain public buildings in
said county.
Which was adopted.
And the title, as amended, was then adopted.
The bill was then sent to the Senate.
On motion of Mr. Marbury, (the rules being suspended,)
The House proceeded to the consideration of the Senate
bill entitled an Act to facilitate the examination of titles to
lands in Prince George's county.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas
