The following Report was received from the Hon. Levin
W.oolford, Comptroller of the Treasury, in response to an
order of the House :

COMPTROLLER'S OFFICE,

Annapolis, March 4, 1870.

Hon. F. C. Latrobe,

Speaker of the House of Delegates :

DEAR SIR :—In reply to an order of the House of a recent
date, to wit: "Ordered, That the Comptroller be requested
to report the Companies in which the State Tobacco Ware-
houses are insured, and the amount of insurance held upon
each," I beg leave to state that they are insured, as follows,
to wit :

No. 1 Tobacco Warehouse—$10,000, Policy in the Union
Fire Insurance Company, Baltimore ; $20,000, Policy in the
