The bill entitled an Act to amend the Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Refuge, House of," by
adding two sections thereto, declaring that hereafter Female
minors shall not be committed to said Institution, and au-
thorizing it to place in other Institutions the females now
under its charge.
