March 23, 1867, chapter 184, entitled an Act to repeal Arti-
cle 71, of the Code' of Public General Laws of the State of
Maryland, entitled "Oysters," and to re-enact the same with
amendments, by adding the following section thereto.

Which was read a first time and ordered to be printed.

Mr. Hopkins, from the Committee on Wild Fowl, reported
from the minority of said Committee,

A bill entitled an Act to repeat sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, of Article 98, of the Public General
Laws, entitled "Wild Fowl," and to enact the following
sections in lieu thereof,

Which was read and ordered to be printed.

Mr. Morse, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported without amendments the following Senate bills :

The bill entitled an Act to amend further the Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike
Company, in Carroll county, passed at January session,
1866.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to amend the Act incorporating
the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, passed at
January session, 1866, chapter 52.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Equitable Gas Light Company of Balti-
more city, passed at January session, 1867, chapter 132.

Mr. Standish, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
without amendments the following Senate bills :

The b:ll entitled an Act to add an additional section to the
Public Local Laws of Allegany county, Article one, and to
repeal sections 24, 25 and 26 thereof, and re-enact the same
with amendments, dividing the City of Cumberland into two
election wards.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1868, chapter
63, in relation to certain roads in Allegany county, and the
appointment of Superintendents of the said road.

Mr. Gatch, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported the
following Senate bill with proposed amendments:

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Towsontown Railroad Company, passed at
the January session, 1858.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills :
