sections, relating to Trustees appointed by wills or by a de-
cree of a Court of Equity, to fill a vacancy in the office of
Trustee in any trust relating to real or personal estate or
leasehold property created by will.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
cm the Judiciary.

A bill entitled an Act to add two additional sections to
Article 30, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled

"Crimes and Punishments," relating to killing cattle.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on. the Judiciary.

A bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Ar-
ticle 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to the
City of Baltimore, sub-title "Streets."

Which was read a first time, and referred to Messrs, Mc-
Lane, Blake and Hoblitzell.

A bill entitled an Act to amend Article 22, of the Code
of Public Local Laws for Wicomico county, by adding several
new sections thereto, entitled an Act to extend the corporate
limits of the Town of Salisbury, and to enlarge the powers of
the Town Commissioners of said town, to come in after sec-
tion 21 of said Article.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Wicomico

delegation and Mr. Brattan.

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Towsontown Railroad Company, passed at
the January session, 1858.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Baltimore
county delegation.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the School Commis-
sioners of the fifth election district of Baltimore county to sell
and convey a piece of land for scbool purposes.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Baltimore
county delegation.

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to the
Public Local Laws of Allegany county, Article one, to re-
peal sections 24, 25 and 26 thereof- and re-enact the same
with amendments, dividing the City of Cumberland into two
election wards.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Allegany
delegation.

A. bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1868, chapter
