Sec. 7, line 29, add after the words "locomotives and
cars" the words, with passengers and freight.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Neill submitted-the following amendment:

Sec. 27, line 29, after the word "with," insert the words:
or without.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Neill moved that the House do now adjourn.
