Strike out the words "and woodcock," where they occur
in the second line, and insert the word " and" between the
words "partridges and pheasants."

Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary
roported favorably,

The bill entitled an Act authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Wicomico county, to appoint three Trustees for the
Almshouse of said county, with proposed amendments.

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Strike out section 24.

Amend section 25, by striking out after the word "liquor,"
the words "or other things."

Which, (by unanimous consent,) were severally read and
