No. 256. An act to repeal section seven of the act enti-

tled "An act to appropriate the sum of twenty-five

hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-

sary to the rebuilding of the Hay Scales and the build-

ings connected with the same, owned by the State, and

situated in the eastern section of the city of Baltimore,

near the intersection of O'Donnell street with the

western line of Baltimore county, to repair or re-supply

the scales, and adapt them to the weighing of live

stock, as well as hay and straw, to provide such yards

for live stock as may be necessary," passed at January

session, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, chapter two

hundred and forty-one, and to re-enact said seventh

entitled " An act to add a new article to the Code of

Public General Laws, to be entitled ' Domestic Insur-
