CHAPTER 479.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of Talbot, Caroline and Wicomico Counties to control and regulate the Public Roads and Bridges in said counties.
SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Talbot, Caroline and Wicomico Counties, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to con- trol and regulate the public roads in said counties.		Regulate pub- lic roads.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved April 4, 1870.		In force.
