AN ACT to repeal Section four of an Act passed
January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
eight, Chapter four hundred and sixty-six, enti-
tled " An Act to run, define and mark the di-
viding line between Prince George's and Mont-
gomery Counties," and re-enact the same so as
to read as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section four of the Act enti-
tled "An Act to run, define and mark the dividing
line between Prince George's and Montgomery
Counties," passed January Session, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-eight, Chapter four hundred and
sixty-six, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted so as to read as follows :

re-enacted.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the sum of five
hundred dollars is hereby appropriated to carry
into effect the provisions of this Act, and the same
shall be under the direction of the Governor for
the purpose hereof; and the Comptroller shall,
under the order of the Governor, draw his warrant
on the Treasurer for the said sum, in full for all
accounts and expenses incurred in execution of
said Act.
