Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws, of Frederick
county, in relation to Horses and Carriages kept at livery, in
Frederick county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled a supplement to the Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Frederick and Emmittsburg Turnpike
Company, passed December session 1854, chapter 136,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to issue the bonds of the City of Balti-
more to an amount not exceeding two million five hundred
thousand dollars, for the purpose of providing means for the
improvement of Jones' Falls within the limits of the City
of Baltimore,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Stockholders of the Franklin Bank of Bal-
timore, passed at the November session 1810, chapter 67,

The bill entitled an Act to exempt Washington county
from the operation of an Act passed at the January session
1864, chapter 71, entitled an Act to add to the 41st Article
of the Code of Public General Laws in relation to Fish and
Fisheries, the following additional section relating to the
waters of the Potomac river, lying between the mouth of
New Creek and Weaverton Dam,

third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the catching of Oysters
for sale, in the waters of St. Leonard's Creek, Island Greek
