Baltimore County, be and they are hereby author-
ized and required to levy a sum of money on the
assessable property of said county at the next levy
term, to the amount of three thousand dollars, to
build a bridge over Jones' Falls, so as to connect a
road, hereafter to be laid out and opened north of
the Western Eun leading from the ground recently
purchased by, or donated to the Northern Central
Railroad, for a new depot and station house, with
the Falls Road.

take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections one hundred and thirty-
nine, one hundred and forty, one hundred and
forty-one, one hundred and forty-two, one hun-
dred and forty-three, one hundred and forty-
four, one hundred and forty-five, one hundred
and forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven, and
one hundred and forty-eight, of the Code of
Public Local Laws for Somerset County, re-
lating to Eetailers, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Sections one hundred and thirty-
nine, one hundred and forty, one hundred and
forty-one, one hundred and forty-two, one hundred
and forty-three, one hundred and forty-four, one
hundred and forty-five, one hundred and forty-six,
one hundred and forty-seven and one hundred and
forty-eight of the Code of Public Local Laws for
Somerset County, relating to Eetailers, be and the
same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to-
read as follows:
