Baltimore County, be and they are hereby author- ized and required to levy a sum of money on the assessable property of said county at the next levy term, to the amount of three thousand dollars, to build a bridge over Jones' Falls, so as to connect a road, hereafter to be laid out and opened north of the Western Eun leading from the ground recently purchased by, or donated to the Northern Central Railroad, for a new depot and station house, with the Falls Road.		Levy to build bridge.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved April 4, 1870.		In force.

AN ACT to repeal Sections one hundred and thirty- nine, one hundred and forty, one hundred and forty-one, one hundred and forty-two, one hun- dred and forty-three, one hundred and forty- four, one hundred and forty-five, one hundred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven, and one hundred and forty-eight, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Somerset County, re- lating to Eetailers, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Sections one hundred and thirty- nine, one hundred and forty, one hundred and forty-one, one hundred and forty-two, one hundred and forty-three, one hundred and forty-four, one hundred and forty-five, one hundred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven and one hundred and forty-eight of the Code of Public Local Laws for Somerset County, relating to Eetailers, be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to- read as follows:	Repealed and re-enacted.
139. No person shall sell or keep for sale any spirituous or intoxicating liquors within the limits of Tangier District, being district number nine of	Intoxicating liquors pro- hibited.
