Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the said County
Commissioners are hereby authorized to enter into
any contracts, and enforce the same that may be
necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and
thirty-eight, of Article sixteen, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title, "Chancery Sub-title,
Trustee," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section one hundred and thirty-
eight of Article sixteen of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, be and the same is hereby repealed,
and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
139. In all cases where a trustee has been ap-
pointed by will or deed to execute any trust, and
any person interested in such trust shall make it
appear to the court that it is necessary for the
safety of those interested in the execution of the

trust that the trustee should give bond and secu-
rity for the due execution of the trust, the court
may may order that such should be given on or
before such day as the court shall name; and if
the bond, with such security as the court shall
approve, be not given by such trustee, then the
court may remove such trustee and appoint one in
his stead, who shall give such bjnd and security
as the court may require; and no sale of real
estate made by any trustee by virtue of any power
or appointment contained in any deed or will shall
be valid unless the same shall be confirmed by the
