Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the said County
Commissioners are hereby authorized to enter into
any contracts, and enforce the same that may be
necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

take effect and be in force from the date of its pas-
sage.

CHAPTER 370.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and
thirty-eight, of Article sixteen, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title, "Chancery Sub-title,
Trustee," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section one hundred and thirty-
eight of Article sixteen of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, be and the same is hereby repealed,
and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

139. In all cases where a trustee has been ap-
pointed by will or deed to execute any trust, and
any person interested in such trust shall make it
appear to the court that it is necessary for the
safety of those interested in the execution of the
