gages on real or leasehold property, Baltimore
City Stock, property or such other securities as
they may see fit, and may dispose of such stocks,
money, property, bonds and other evidences of
debt, in such manner, not contrary to law, as to
them shall appear most advantageous to said cor-
poration, but said daily deposits shall not be con-
sidered as part of the Capital Stock of said corpo-
ration, and entitled to share in the profits or divi-
dends of the same in the same manner as weekly
depositors are entitled, nor shall such daily depos-

its constitute the depositors thereof members of
said corporation, but the same shall be subject to
be withdrawn by the depositor at any time during
the business hours of said Bank by check or other-
wise.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent with this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 368.

AN ACT to authorize the Governor to appoint an
additional Justice of the Peace for the Seventh
Election District of Cecil County.
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Governor be, and he is
hereby authorized to appoint one additional Jus-
tice of the Peace for the seventh election district
in Cecil county.

take effect from the date of its passage.
