by said pledge or any part thereof, the said vendor
or vendors may proceed to recover their account
for said manures from the purchaser or purchasers
in any other manner allowed for the recovery of
accounts, and the said vendor or vendors aforesaid
may, besides the pledge provided for in this Act,
take any other reasonable security, which the pur-
chaser or purchasers may agree to give.

Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That the provisions
of this bill shall apply only to the County of St.
Mary.

Sec. 8. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 357.

 

AN ACT to amend the charter of Snow Hill, in
Worcester County.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act entitled "An Act to
repeal the charter incorporating the town of Snow
Hill, in Worcester county," and enact the follow-
ing in lieu thereof, passed at the January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, Chapter two
hundred and thirty-six, and that Section one hun-
dred and twenty-eight to one hundred and forty-
seven, inclusive of the twenty-second Article of
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled, "Wor-
cester County," sub-title "Snow Hill," be [and
the same] are hereby repealed, and that the follow-
ing sections and sub-sections be and are hereby
enacted in their stead.

Repealed and
re-enacted.

Sec. 128. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants
of the town of Snow Hill, in Worcester county,
be and they are hereby constituted a body corpor-
ate, by the name of the Commissioners of Snow
Hill, and by that name may sue and be sued, have
and use a common seal, and have perpetual suc-
cession.

Sec. 129. And be it enacted, That the bounds
and limits of the said Town are as follows, to wit:
