CHAPTER 351.
AN ACT to refund moneys overpaid into the
Treasury by James H. McNeal, Administrator
of James H. McNeal, deceased, and Samuel S.
Yoe, late Tax Collector for Talbot County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to pay, upon the
warrant of the Comptroller, to the order of James
H. McNeal, Administrator of James H. McNeal,
deceased, the sum of one hundred and fourteen
dollars and thirty-seven cents, and to Samuel S.
Yoe or order the sum of fifteen dollars and thirty-
five cents.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 352.
AN ACT to repeal the Act of eighteen hundred
and sixty-eight, Chapter sixty-three, "An Act
to provide for the appointment of four Superin-
tendents to supervise and control the repairs
and improvements of three public country roads
in Allegany County—one leading from Oakland
to Accident, one leading from Accident to the
National Road at some point west of Grants-
ville, and one leading from a point on said road
near McHenry's gate to Selbysport, in said
county, and to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of said county to make levies for the re-
pairs and improvements of the same."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act of eighteen hundred
