nate attendance of the said panels during the ses-
sions of the Court, as the said Court may deem
necessary; the persons who shall in said lists be
allotted to serve during the second week of the
Court, shall be exempt from attending said Court
during the first -week of its session, unless specially
required by the Court to be in attendance, and the
clerk shall publish a copy of the said lists of
jurors in the newspapers published within the said
county, for two successive weeks, the same to Be
inserted in each of them for the first time in the
issue thereof next after said drawing and appoint-
ment.

CHAPTER 332.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections one hundred and ninety-
four, one hundred and ninety-six, and one hun-
dred and ninety-seven, of Chapter thirty-five,
of Article four, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, relating to Docks, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Repealed and
re-enacted.

Section. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Sections one hundred and ninety-
four, one hundred and ninety-six and one hundred
and ninety-seven, of Chapter thirty-five of Article
four of the Code of Public Local Laws of this
State, be and the same are, hereby repealed, and
re-enacted to read as follows :

Sec. 194. And be it enacted, If any vessel shall
be lying in Smith's Dock, Frederick Street Dock,
or any other private dock in said city, or the en-
trance thereof, so as to obstruct any vessel which
shall be coming into the same, or moving from
one place to another therein, or going out of the
same, the vessel so obstructing, unless when bona
fide loading or unloading, shall be removed to such
place as shall be directed by the harbor master of

refusal.

the district, to give room to the passing vessel,
under the penalty of five dollars for refusal so to
remove, and at the rate of five dollars an hour for
the delay which shall be occasioned to the passing
vessel, to be paid by the master or owner of the
