CHAPTER 317.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article ten- of
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Dor-
chester County, sub-title "Justices of the Peace
and Constables," to come in after Section one
hundred and twenty-four.

Addition.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That there shall be added a new
Section to Article ten of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Dorchester County," sub-title
"Justices of the Peace and Constables," to come
in after Section one hundred and twenty-four.
Sec. 125. Every summons issued by any Jus-
tices shall be made returnable before the same, or
any Justice of the Peace of the district in which

the defendant may reside, and the defendant shall
have his election to have his cause tried before the
Justice who issued the summons, or before any
Justice of the District in which he, the said de-
fendant, may reside.

Company of Baltimore to issue bonds, aud to in-
crease their capital stock.
