are hereby repealed, and the following sections be, and they are hereby enacted in lieu thereof. 55. The County Commissioners for Montgomery County shall, at their first meeting in the month	Enacted in lieu.
of May next, and annually thereafter, appoint three Commissioners for Rockville, who shall be substantial citizens, residents in said corporate limits for at least three years next preceding their appointment, and continue to reside therein during their continuance in office, to serve for one year from the date of their appointment, and until their successors are appointed and qualified, and shall designate one of said number to be President of said Commissioners for Rockville during said term. The said Commissioners for Rockville shall receive no compensation for their services except the President, who shall receive the fees hereinafter allowed. 57. The Commissioners for Rockville shall meet at some convenient place in said Town on or before	Receive no compensation.

65. The said Commissioners for Rockville shall keep and annually publish a tabular statement of the receipts and expenditures of the funds of the Corporation.	Publish an- nual tabular statement.
73. The Chief Bailiff shall attend all meetings of the Commissioners for said town, and perform such duties as they shall direct, and exercise a general police supervision over said town, and see that none of the provisions of this Charter or the ordinances of said town are violated.
