CHAPTER 118.

AN ACT to provide for Building a Bridge over
the Gunpowder River at Warren Factory, in
Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Baltimore County are hereby authorized and re-
quired to levy a sum of money, in their discretion,
sufficient for the construction of a Bridge over the
Gunpowder River at Warren Factory, in Balti-
more County, and to contract for the building of
the same; Provided; the now constituted authori-
ties of Baltimore County, having control of roads
and bridges, fail to make provision for the con-
struction of said bridge before the time of making
the annual levy by the Board of County Commis-
sioners.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 119.

AN ACT to provide for the erection of a Bridge
over the Gunpowder River, at Cromwell's Ford,
in Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Baltimore County are hereby authorized and re-
quired to levy a sum of money, in their discretion,
sufficient for the purpose of constructing a Bridge
over the Gunpowder River at Cromwell's Ford, in
Baltimore County, and advertise for proposals for
said work, and contract with the lowest responsi-
ble bidder for the same; Provided, that the pre-
sent constituted authorities having control of roads
and bridges in Baltimore County shall fail from
