EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT,

Annapolis, February 23d, 1870.
Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland:

I nominate the following named gentlemen as Inspectors
of Tobacco in the City of Baltimore:

Warehouse No. I—Richard O. Mullikin, of Prince George's

county.

Warehouse No. 2—B. Allen Welch, of Anne Arundel county.
Warehouse No. 3—Daniel Kent, of Calvert county.
Warehouse No. 4—George W. Manro, of Carroll county.
Warehouse No. 5—Nicholas D. Wheatley, of Baltimore city.

ODEN BOWIE.
On motion by Mr. Snyder,

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointments, agreeably to the nominations.

Mr. Welch moved that the Senate adjourn.
