928 EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS.

On motion by Mr. Parker,

The Senate advised and consented to the appointment of
James S. Morsell as auctioneer of tobacco at Warehouse No.
5, in Baltimore city, agreeably to the aforegoing nomina-
tion.

On motion by Mr. Denson,

The Senate advised and consented, to the appointment of A.
S. Bond as Auctioneer of Tobacco at Warehouse No. 5, in
Baltimore city, agreeably to the aforegoing nomination.

Mr. Kimmel moved that the Senate advise and consent to
the nomination of M. G. Robinson as Inspector of Guano.

On the question being put,

It was determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays, as
follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

John F. Pickering as State Wharfinger, agreeably to the
